Bra fitting isn't always easy, and no two bodies are the same. That's why every order comes with unlimited exchanges and a generous 180-day window, so you can take your time and find a fit you truly love, completely risk-free.

How do I return my order?

Head to our UK & international return portal and follow four simple steps. Ordered from the US? If your order number starts with BS, please use our US return portal instead.

  1. Submit a refund or exchange request. The system automatically applies credit for exchanges, and any discounts used are reflected in the refund amount.
  2. Wait for approval. You'll receive an email with the return address and label (please check your spam folder). UK returns are free; outside the UK we're unable to provide a pre-paid label.
  3. Send the items back. Use the correct envelope and keep the packaging undamaged so it can be reused or recycled. We reserve the right to reject returns that are unscannable or in unacceptable condition.
  4. Return processed. We usually process returns within 5-10 working days of arrival at our warehouse. Exchanges are dispatched with tracking sent by email.

What if your first bra doesn't fit?

The cup fits right, but the band is too tight or loose

Size up or down with sister sizes: if a 36D band is tight, try 38C; if it's loose, try 34DD. Go up one cup when you go down a band (and vice versa) to keep the same cup volume.

The band fits right but the cup is too big or small

Keep the band size and go up or down one cup size. Aim for a band that fits on the middle or loosest hook.

Both the cup and band fit too big or small

Adjust both band and cup: if a 36D is overall too large, try 34D; if it's overall too small, try 38DD. Remember sister sizing: a DD cup in a 38 is larger than a DD cup in a 36.

My bra is in clothing size 8 to 18

If your band fits perfectly but the cup is too small, size up or explore our comfort bra collection with sizes up to G cups. If it's overall too small or large, simply go one size up or down.

The return portal says it can't find my order.

Please check that you have the correct order number and email address. If your order number starts with BS, please use our US return portal.

Can I return the briefs?

Yes, we accept returns for any unfit items. Please make sure you try the briefs on over another pair of knickers. We rework returned items for hygiene purposes.

Why doesn't the return portal let me select the item I want?

The item you're trying to select is currently out of stock. Please exchange for another style, or request a refund. To be notified when it's back, go to the product page, select the out-of-stock size, click 'Notify me' and leave your email address. Make sure you've subscribed to our newsletter to receive stock updates.

Should I request an exchange or place a new order after a refund?

It depends. Our team may take some time to receive your return parcel, and our handmade items run out quickly. If you need the items now, you can request a refund and place a new order.

It shows '0' in value when I'm requesting a refund.

If you're returning an exchange for a refund, the order value will show as '0' on our portal. We'll process the refund from your first order.

My refund value is different from the product retail price.

Any discounts you used on the original order will be reflected in the refund value.

I want to exchange part of my order and get a refund on the rest, or add extra items to my return.

Please log in to your return portal and click 'Create new request' in the top-right corner. You can add items to your return, or create two separate requests, one for a refund and one for an exchange.

My return has been delivered but the refund or exchange hasn't been processed.

We're sorry for the delay. We may still be awaiting the warehouse notification of delivery, and occasionally we receive unidentified packages. Please tap the chat box in the bottom corner of your screen and our team will locate the parcel and process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
